1. Terms and Conditions
Opinion-Cash.com is an online resource that provides members access to HUNDREDS of companies that compensate eligible people for online surveys, focus groups, shopping, surfing the net and much more. Individuals may register to be members of Opinion-Cash.com. Members may receive compensation from companies listed in the Opinion-Cash members’ area. Compensation will be made upon verification of eligibility and validated completion of required task(s).

By registering at the Opinion-Cash.com website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Opinion-Cash.com with respect to your registration, membership, and participation in any and all opportunities offered by the companies listed in the Opinion-Cash members’ area. Opinion-Cash.com reserves the right to change its policies at its sole discretion and at any time.


2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older; or receive parental permission to join Opinion-Cash.com. You will be assigned your own password by Opinion-Cash.com. By registering with Opinion-Cash.com, you agree that Opinion-Cash.com may send e-mail messages to you regarding new opportunities and other information pertaining to your membership.

You may not allow any other person to use your password. Members who permit any other persons to access the Opinion-Cash.com members area may be disqualified from any further participation in Opinion-Cash.com offers and opportunities.

By registering as a member of Opinion-Cash.com, you agree to be bound by eligibility determinations made by Opinion-Cash.com, which are final and binding in all respects.


3. How to Register
To register for membership with Opinion-Cash.com, you must provide all required information on our registration form and submit that form to Opinion-Cash.com for validation. Only one registration form per person may be submitted.


4. Cancellation

Opinion-Cash.com offers its members the ability to cancel their membership at any time. All requests, including refund requests, must be sent via e-mail to support@opinion-cash.com. Transaction numbers must be included in order to be able to process refunds. Individuals requesting a refund will receive a short questionnaire from the Opinion-Cash Fraud/Quality Control Team. To be eligible for a refund, said questionnaire must be completed and in its entirety and returned to Opinion-Cash via e-mail. Qualifications for refund include having been a member for a minimum of 90 days; and individuals must have registered for a minimum of 30 opportunities with out receiving any compensation whatsoever. Refunds will be made at the discretion of Opinion-Cash staff. Any refund processed for membership fees paid by mail are subject to a 20% processing fee. The contents of the Opinion-Cash.com website, including terms and conditions, may be changed or modified at any time and at the discretion of Opinion-Cash.com.


5. Member Privacy
The privacy of our members and the confidentiality of the personal information they provide us are Opinion-Cash.com's number one priority. Please refer to our Privacy policy for a statement of our policy and procedures for ensuring your privacy.


6. Disqualification
Opinion-Cash.com is not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connections; miscommunications; failed telephone or computer transmissions; technical failure; jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions; or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this website will be reported to the proper authorities. In addition, their membership with Opinion-Cash.com, will be terminated immediately without refund.



7. Anti-Spam Policy
Persons who generate or attempt to generate referrals through spamming will be disqualified from receiving any payments from Opinion-Cash.com. Opinion-Cash.com will revoke the membership of any persons who spam information about Opinion-Cash.com and those persons will be permanently disqualified from future membership and from any other participation with Opinion-Cash.com.

8. Members’ Services

Upon purchasing a membership to Opinion-Cash.com, you agree to receive the following:

Access to a compiled database of companies that give eligible registrants an opportunity to be compensated for services not limited to the following:

taking surveys, participating in online focus groups, clicking on links, surfing the net, shopping and more.

Membership fees are understood to compensate Opinion-Cash.com for the compilation and maintenance of said database and member support services. Opinion-Cash.com is not responsible for any disputes between members and companies listed in the Opinion-Cash database.
